San Giorgio S.p.A. is a family company, founded in 1980 by Sabato Bruno in Castel San Giorgio, nearby the Amalfi Coast. Born as a small pastry shop, the company has now largely grown and has specialized in the production of croissants for the food service market. With a strong connection with Neapolitan dessert tradition and a constant focus on innovation, San Giorgio S.p.A. is a leading player in the international frozen bakery scene with a plant of over 100,000 m², 20 production lines,  300 employes, 300 million pieces produced per year and counting, more than 1,000 customers served in over 30 countries.

The range counts more than 500 skus, from reinterpreted classics to vegan and high-protein options, rooted in Campania’s traditions and international influences, each product is the result of ongoing, meticulous research focused on quality and the future.
