San Giorgio S.p.A. is a family company, founded in 1980 by Sabato Bruno in Castel San Giorgio, nearby the Amalfi Coast. Born as a small pastry shop, the company has now largely grown and has specialized in the production of croissants for the food service market. With a strong connection with Neapolitan dessert tradition and a constant focus on innovation, San Giorgio S.p.A. is a leading player in the international frozen bakery scene with a plant of over 100,000 m², 20 production lines, 300 employes, 300 million pieces produced per year and counting, more than 1,000 customers served in over 30 countries.
