Tradizione Italiana Italian Food Tradition is a consortium representing 16 Italian companies, with a total turnover of € 3 billion, of which 40% is generated abroad.
The intention of the members is to grow more and more, thanks to the ongoing entrance of companies from all over Italy faithful to the Italian food tradition and constantly involved in strengthening their presence on international markets.
The Italian Food Tradition’s mission is to promote Italian high quality food on foreign markets and support member companies in the sale of their products through the retail channel as well as in cafés, restaurants and hotels.
