FHA, Food & Beverage Asia

It is time to celebrate again the FHA, Food & Beverage Asia. The famous trade fair FHA, Food & Beverage Asia will be held in Singapore from the 5^th to the 8^th of September 2022.

Tradizione Italiana will take part in the event with three well known Italian Food Industry companies: Acetificio De Nigris, Pastificio Di Martino, and Riso Vignola. The companies will represent Italy and promote the Italian cuisine products and tradition worldwide. 

The three companies of Tradizione Italiana will participate to a series of cooking shows organized by ITA. There will be four days of cooking sessions (5 – 8 September). Among the various appointments there are Riso Vignola (5, 8 September), Pastificio Di Martino (7, 8 September), and Acetificio De Nigris (5, 7 September) with Carlo Marengoni and Tiziana Stefanelli from MasterChef Italia as chefs.

In this way, visitors will have the opportunity to explore and meet the world of food and beverage in one single place, taste Italian products and meet the real Italian food tradition.

The event is important for Asia’s food and hospitality industry to discover the most important trends and innovations from all over the world. All the latest products from Singapore and international companies in the fields of Home Furnishings, Desserts, Gastronomy, Beverage, Hotel and Restaurant Technology, Hotel Equipment, Food Processing Industry will be introduced to the audience.
