SIAL Paris is finally back after 4 years: Tradizione Italiana will participate with a totally renewed stand and with the great participation of all its Members in the Hall of Nations, Hall 1 Stand E 005

From 15 to 19 October, after the two-year stop caused by the pandemic, SIAL Paris - International Food Exhibition - reopens its doors with many innovations. Tradizione Italiana will be present at the event with a large participation of all its members, who, in a renewed enthusiasm, have decided to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the consortium with a restyling of the stand layout. The restyling, conceived by designer Marcello Panza, emphasises -in an even more modern key- those that are the cornerstones of the consortium: the need for the companies to be synergetic, the 'teamwork', represented by the 'common square' in which the companies can meet and welcome guests and customers; the 'Made in Italy' value represented through the increased number of tricolour ceiling ceilings; the 'completeness of the basket of the promoted Italian products'. All this is realised in a restyled exhibition window. The 16 member companies, all export-oriented, present 32 production sites, 3,224 employees and a total turnover of around 3 billion euro. The companies, leaders in the Italian food industry and representative of 16 product categories, will welcome visitors by offering a complete product tasting, consisting of the 5 main meals: from breakfast, with products from Cupiello, Dileo and Kimbo, to lunch with products and condiments from Argiolas, Basso, D'Amico, De Nigris, Fattorie Garofalo, Gias Srl, La Doria, Pastificio di Martino, Siciliani S.p.A., Riso Vignola, passing through Besana's aperitifs and snacks and General Fruit's drinks and cocktails, to arrive at the favourite dish for a dinner out: pizza with flours from Molino Casillo. All this with a full Italian style. Despite the well-known difficulties due to the increase in raw materials and utilities, the 16 affiliated companies are getting ready for the SIAL of Paris with a positive spirit, with the aim of meeting customers and visitors again, sharing social moments with them, creating networks, and showing the latest trends and innovations in the agri-food industry. The expected numbers are back to 2018 levels: 7,200 exhibitors from 120 countries. Among them, there is Italy as the second representation, and Tradizione Italiana's subsidiaries are ready to distinguish themselves in this extraordinary experience.
