TRADIZIONE ITALIANA Italian Food Tradition at Gulfood 2024 – 19-23 febbraio - Dubai!

Tradizione Italiana Italian Food Tradition confirmsits interest in the UAE market organising its tenth participation in the Gulfood fair in Dubai, to be held from 19 to 23 February -Hall S1 E44.

Together with Italian Food Tradition are coming back to the fair also Argiolas Formaggi - Sardinian pecorino and caprino cheeses, and D'Amico - pickles, pickles, sauces and dressings, joining the four member companies that historically have not missed a single edition: Oleificio Basso - olive and seed oils, Acetificio De Nigris - vinegars, Balsamic vinegar IGP from Modena and dressings, Pastificio Di Martino - Gragnano pasta IGP from Di Martino, and Riso Vignola - Rice and cereals.

Tradizione Italiana Italian Food Tradition is a consortium representing 16 Italian companies with a total turnover of EUR 4.3 billion, more than 40% of which is generated abroad.

The purpose of the members attending the fair is to promote high quality Italian food, and by presiding over a market that is stable geopolitically and economically, to find new commercial outlets in both the retail and Ho.Re.Ca. channels.

Italian food tradition is constantly involved in strengthening the presence of their members on international markets and the Italian Food Tradition’s mission is to promote Italian high quality food on foreign markets and support member companies in the sale of their products through the retail channel as well as in cafés, restaurants and hotels.

Its products portfolio offers a wide range of specialties representing the finest of the Italian food tradition: from pasta to flour, rice and canned tomatoes, from olive oil to balsamic vinegar, from mozzarella and cheeses to meat, from pickels to frozen vegetables, from coffee to a variety of preparations for beverages and juices, from frozen pastry to bakery products, dried fruits and chocolate.
