Besana's bakery mixes for Caprese cakes are made with attentive respect of the culinary traditions of Campania. The gluten-free preparations, made with nuts and chocolate, are available in the classic version (chocolate and almonds), white version (white chocolate and almonds) and with hazelnuts (chocolate and hazelnuts). Quick and easy to prepare, just add butter or margarine and eggs and then bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve as it is, or with cream or ice cream.
