Hand-wrapped shapes

Hand-wrapped IGP Gragnano Pasta are made with Italian durum wheat semolina, extruded through bronze die and slowly dried at low temperature. This old style pasta is wrapped by hand in its traditional paper, also known as “macaroni paper”, bringing all the flavor and charm of the ancient Gragnano pasta making method. Thanks to the partnership with Dolce&Gabbana, its design has been enriched by the stylists with the vivid Mediterranean colors and the most iconic symbols of Italy.

Whole wheat pasta

Extruded through bronze die and available in long and short shapes, this pasta is made with whole wheat semolina, rich in fiber and flavor, undisputed source of wellness. It has a more marked color and an intense and peculiar flavor, particularly suitable for the preparation of rustic recipes.
